I’m Rev. Louis Garcia, the Encouragement Coach. My passion is to help people develop their spiritual gift of encouragement and uplift others daily. Encouragement is a calling, not just a personality trait. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:7-8 that some are gifted with encouragement. Those who have this gift should use it with joy and generosity. My goal is to equip and inspire believers to use this gift effectively. When used well, encouragement strengthens others in faith, hope, and perseverance.
Encouragement is not flattery or shallow compliments. True encouragement strengthens, empowers, and restores. It helps people trust Jesus more deeply, even in hard times. When we encourage others, we lift them up in Christ rather than offering temporary comfort. Encouragement rooted in God’s Word provides lasting strength. It helps people stand firm through life’s storms.
